Adamant
Every habit tracker I'd used let me lie to myself, tap a checkmark, feel good for a second, haha
quit two weeks later. I wanted something that couldn't be faked: an app where you submit real
proof of what you did, and an AI actually judges whether it's genuine. That one change... proof
instead of a checkmark — turned into a whole system: an AI that rejects weak effort, boss
battles when you miss a day, a tutor that coaches each habit, all built on real cited research
instead of guesses about what keeps people consistent.
