Tsimafei Lemeshchanka

Tech lead and mobile developer, been building iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin) and Flutter apps for a while. Currently building two small dev-tool SaaS products, private package registries for Swift and Flutter teams, plus a couple of mobile apps on the side. Here mostly to see what other people are building and swap notes on shipping with AI coding agents, which I've been doing heavily this year.

Products

  1. Perchly

Private Swift Package Manager registry for teams. Implements the real SE-0292 protocol, works with the standard swift package-registry CLI out of the box. Free to start, GitHub and GitLab sign-in.

    2026 — present
  2. Publy

Private Dart/Flutter package registry for teams. Implements the real pub repository-spec-v2 protocol, so dart pub / flutter pub just work out of the box. Free to start, GitHub and GitLab sign-in.

    2026 — present

Why is setting up payments for side-projects still so heavy, and would you use a self-hosted app to avoid the Stripe setup?
