Michael Abate

CTO at a real estate brokerage, building systems that have to work in the real world.

Arcos came from a pattern I kept seeing:

Planning is easy. Execution breaks.

Most tools assume perfect days. Real ones don’t. Priorities shift, things take longer, new work appears.

Arcos is a structured execution system that auto-schedules tasks based on priority and deadlines, then adapts as your day changes.

Currently focused on understanding how people expect systems like this to behave.
