I've spent the last 12 years as a full-stack/frontend developer — React, Next.js, Firebase, the works — so building and maintaining an e-commerce platform end-to-end isn't a stretch for me technically. But QDORA isn't just a coding exercise.

Being solo means I wear every hat: I write the product copy, fix the bugs, handle SEO, and make the business calls — so there's no gap between "customer says X is broken" and "X gets fixed." That tight feedback loop is honestly the biggest advantage of doing this alone right now.
