On-call members are notified via SMS or phone calls during incidents. Pager Hero supports integration with tools like New Relic, DataDog, and Grafana, ensuring the right person is alerted promptly. Teams and shifts can be configured directly within Slack, making it easy to identify who is on call at any moment. Setup is straightforward, utilizing existing Slack user information.
