Document what only you know, before it's a crisis
Most small businesses run entirely on one person's memory — logins, vendor relationships, client history, what's owed to who, the small workarounds that keep things running. If that person is out for 30 days (health issue, emergency, whatever), there's usually no documented plan. Existing tools (Trainual, SweetProcess) are built for 10+ person teams at $99–249/mo — nothing exists for the 1–10 person business at a price that makes sense.

Posted in a few small-business communities to gauge reaction
What I'm trying to learn:
Is this a real, felt pain point, or a "nice to have" nobody prioritizes?
Would people actually pay $19–29/mo for something like this, or does it need to be free/bundled with something else?
Does anyone know of a tool already doing this well that I'm missing?
Not pitching — genuinely early and trying to decide whether to build this or move on. Would appreciate any blunt feedback, even "this isn't a real problem."
