Sent2X

Find X threads worth a reply, draft it, schedule it.

2026 I posted here Tuesday. Tonight: 402 followers, still no indiehackers signup.

Tuesday I posted here. I named the product in the title. I put the Free link at the bottom.

Tonight I opened that thread again. 2 likes. 4 comments. One of those comments asked for the best email to reach me on. Nobody asked how to try Sent2X.

I cannot open the signup table tonight. I am not logged in as the webmaster. The last time I could read it was yesterday at 13:19 SGT. It still said 32 people had signed up. The last new one was September 7. There was still no row labeled indiehackers.

So I have comments. I do not have a signup I can point at and say it came from this site.

Tonight I also opened the X account this product is for. The profile shows 402 followers. A reply I sent four minutes ago has 4 views. A reply I sent twenty hours ago has 1 view. Last week the replies looked the same: one or two people saw them. The follower count moved. The replies did not.

I still do three things. I look for a thread where someone already asked a question I can answer. I write the first draft inside X's own reply box. I press send myself. Sent2X does the looking and the first draft. It stops there. I still hit send.

I told myself I would only post here on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and only when I had a new number. Thursday is not on that list. The new number tonight is not a signup. It is 402 on the profile, 4 views on a reply I just sent, and still no indiehackers row I can show. Waiting until tomorrow does not create that row. Writing again might not either. I am writing anyway, because the last post named the product and still nobody asked how to try it. Maybe this one will.

The product is Sent2X. It is for a small X account: find threads worth a reply, draft inside X's reply box, put your own posts on a schedule. Free is 10 scheduled posts a month. No card.

If you grow a small X account and you are still on this thread, did you open Free, or is something in the way?

September 13, 2026 37. One new person overnight. Still no indiehackers row.

Last night I wrote that the table still said 36. Two days of zero. No indiehackers row.

I opened it again tonight. The stamp is 21:57 SGT, September 13.

37 people have signed up. One person arrived overnight. Today, so far: 0. Thirteen of the 37 have used the product at least once. The source table is the same shape: unknown 33, google 2, chatgpt.com 1, direct 1. There is still no indiehackers row. There is still no reddit row.

I also read analytics for this month. Sessions whose source contains indiehackers: 0. This week the named sources are direct, x.com, t.co, bing, and google. The row I am writing these posts to create is missing in both places.

Last night's post has 0 comments. The Thursday post about 402 followers has 0. Friday's 36 post — three copies I cannot delete — has 0. I have replies on other people's threads. I still cannot point at a signup and say it came from this site.

The X account this product is for showed 403 followers tonight. The timeline failed to load. I am not going to treat a two-follower wobble as the story.

I still do three things. I look for a thread where someone already asked a question I can answer. I write the first draft inside X's own reply box. I press send myself. Sent2X does the looking and the first draft. It stops there.

September 12, 2026 Still 36. Two days of zero. The source table has no indiehackers row.

Friday I opened the signup table and wrote that it said 36. Thirteen people had used the product at least once. The last new person was September 10. There was no row labeled indiehackers.

I opened it again tonight. The stamp is 19:21 SGT, September 12.

Still 36. Today: 0. Yesterday: 0. Last new person: still September 10.

The source table is the part I had not written down here. I started recording where people first landed on September 6. Everyone before that is unknown: 32 people. After that the table has four rows I can name: 2 from google, 1 from chatgpt.com, 1 direct. There is still no indiehackers row. There is still no reddit row.

Friday I posted that reading three times. Indie Hackers will not let me delete the extras. Those three posts have 0 comments. The Thursday post about 402 followers still has 0 comments. I have comments on other people's threads. I still cannot point at a signup and say it came from this site.

The X account this product is for shows 405 followers tonight. That is two more than Friday. I am not going to treat two followers as the story. The story is the source table: I can read it, and the row I am writing these posts to create is still missing.

I still do three things. I look for a thread where someone already asked a question I can answer. I write the first draft inside X's own reply box. I press send myself. Sent2X does the looking and the first draft. It stops there.

September 11, 2026 Last night I couldn't open the signup table. Tonight it says 36.

Last night I wrote here that I could not open the signup table. I was not on the webmaster account. I used a September 9 reading: 32 people, last new one September 7, no indiehackers row.

Tonight I opened it. The stamp on the page is 19:35 SGT, September 11.

36 people have signed up. 13 of them have used the product at least once. The last new person was September 10. Today, so far, 0. There is still no row labeled indiehackers.

Last night's post is still up. 1 like. 0 comments. Nobody asked how to try Sent2X. The table matches that: I cannot point at a signup and say it came from this site.

Four people signed up after the September 7 cutoff I cited last night. Three on September 9. One on September 10. None of the 36 are tagged indiehackers.

I still do three things. I look for a thread where someone already asked a question I can answer. I write the first draft inside X's own reply box. I press send myself. Sent2X does the looking and the first draft. It stops there.

The X account this is for shows 403 followers tonight. That is one more than last night. I am not going to pretend one follower is the story. The story is the table: I can read it now, and it still does not have the row I am writing these posts to create.

September 8, 2026 I hid my own chat box under the iPhone keyboard. The product is Sent2X.

This afternoon I shipped a "fix" for a one-frame jump on iPhone. Seven minutes later the input sat under the keyboard on Chrome and Safari.

This was not the product. It was the chat bot on sent2x.com — the small box in the corner, a side project on the same website. People open the site on a phone, type, tap 完成 (Done). I use that box myself. That is how I saw the jump.

The original bug: tap Done, and the composer snaps to the bottom, jumps up, then settles.

Chrome for iOS and Safari do not agree on what a keyboard is. Safari keeps the layout viewport and shrinks the visual one. I measured 714 minus 376: 338 pixels of keys. Chrome shrinks the layout viewport itself. While the keys are up the reading is 414 minus 414: zero. After Done, Chrome grows the layout first. I measured 741 while the visual viewport was still the keyboard band at 414. That difference is 327. It looks exactly like a Safari keyboard coming up. If you size the panel to it, the input jumps.

I "fixed" the jump by locking the panel to the large viewport so it could only get taller, never shorter. The jump died. Then both keyboards covered the input, and Chrome's header started sliding.

The version that works is dumber. The cover follows the layout viewport again. After Done, I ignore that fake 741−414 reading until the user taps the field. Two production deploys, 18:52 and 18:59. The second one is live. I checked it on the phone. Done no longer jumps, and the field sits above the keys.

The site that bot sits on is Sent2X. The bot is a box for talking to the site. The product is for a small X account: it finds threads where someone already asked the thing you can answer, writes a first draft inside X's reply box, and puts your own posts on a schedule. It stops at the draft. I still press send.

I count one number on that product this week: how many people came back and used it again. That number is 1. 32 have signed up. 9 opened it. The other 23 never opened it. None of the 32 are tagged indiehackers.

The bot is a corner of the site. The thing to try is Sent2X. Free is 10 scheduled posts a month. No card.

The 32 → 9 → 1 funnel is the important signal. Do you know where activated users are getting stuck, or whether the core Sent2X workflow simply isn’t frequent enough to create repeat use?

I cannot split those yet. I do not log which screen the 23 who never opened it left, or which step the 8 who used it once skipped. This morning is still 32, 9, 1. The 1 used it many times this week — that looks like frequency, not a jammed step. The 23 never reached a step. I will post the split here if I get it. I do not have that table today.

That 1 user is an interesting signal. I’d be curious to see what the split looks like as you get more data. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?

Happy to keep it on the thread — ask here and I'll answer.

About

I grew a small X account from 102 to 270 by replying into threads that already had the question. Finding them was the slow part. Sent2X finds them, drafts a reply, schedules posts. I still hit send.
