I started this because I couldn’t stand watching the people I love lose their spark. Every night for the past year, I’ve watched the "adults" in my life sit in front of glowing screens until 2 AM, their faces getting tighter and more tired with every "no-reply" email.

These are people with big hearts, incredible stories, and decades of hard work. But to a computer program, they were just a series of keywords that didn't quite match.
