- Serverless Waitlist Infrastructure (AWS + Terraform)
Reusable serverless infrastructure for launching validation pages and waitlists. Includes S3 + CloudFront hosting, API Gateway + Lambda lead capture, DynamoDB storage, SES email lifecycle, unsubscribe flow, and Terraform-based multi-environment setup. Built to avoid rebuilding the same backend every time an idea needs validation. Currently validating demand and gathering feedback.
