0 conversion from Product Hunt, what's next?

Yesterday, I launched my new product, Database Sensei, on Product Hunt, but it didn't go as well as I had hoped.

At first, I didn't make it to the homepage, despite having more upvotes and activity than other products.
But after reaching out to the moderators and a few hours later, I were featured on the homepage. Unfortunately, the initial burst of likes had already passed.

The aftermath is not too encouraging. I did receive feedback and more traffic than usual, but I had no conversions, meaning no one signed up for the free trial.

I've now changed to a no-card-upfront trial, so we'll see if that brings in more users.
