It really depends on your niche. Most of the time I am working with different providers per project. Just let me know which type of work you need and maybe I can give some recommendations.

Also, it would be useful if you could share with us your criteria for Fiverr providers. We had mixed results with data gathering.
Most of the time it is rating and amount of reviews. It is also important to contact seller before you order and tell them about your expectations.
I prefer sellers who has their own blogs and can write and publish my article there. Then you can also build some back-links with that strategy.

One of the biggest tips to drive traffic it to have a community around. If you do not have, try to build it
2- Some Competitor Traffic hacking, steal and drive traffic to your project.
3- Use Content Marketing. ( in my Case it is SEO, Infographics, Videos)
4- Work of Growth Hack to go viral and improve social proof.
