100+ page business case study analysis

About a month ago I posted about our at Parable and since there was some interest in our case studies I've come back with a little preview 😊

Parable is a business case study publisher focused on the future of work. You can think of us like Harvard Business Review but instead of billion-dollar corporations we focus on lifestyle / indie-hacker businesses

The first industry we decided to focus on was "Freelancing"

We interviewed over 100 people and of those interviews, we selected 20 that matched our participation criteria - at least 3 years freelancing and making $50K+

Along with the individual case studies we also combined their data and added outside research to create an industry analysis including a SWOT, and we also created databases on the most used tools, and the most recommended books and courses.

I've attached an example of what our individual case studies look like zoomed out. Each individual case study is 5 pages (so in the image each row is a case study) and covers things like revenue, margins, client acquisition source/strategy, marketing tactics, and much more.
