On balance, I'm more worried by Wharton (or other business school grads) giving feedback like they have months of business experience ;)

I would like to say they are both "fake it till you make it." But I doubt either believes they are faking it. If anything they are just unaware of how much they don't know.

Personally I try to also give a real world experience of my own, if I am giving advice. Then the reader can see the application and make their own judgement, without worrying about who I am.
