Sales revenue pure and simple. Also to state the obvious no one is gonna be interested in buying if your business is not making decent sales volume. I think people generally value their business at 10-12x revenue on the platforms you mentioned. Without knowing more about your business it would be hard to suggest the platform on which to target buyers.
