Few years ago I read awesome post here on indie hackers about Brett from designjoy one man agency with 7 figure business.

This makes me wonder 🤔, why we can't do it?
We have more people specialized in specific niches and that make us faster, better and more price competitive.
Until today we were classic web design and development agency. As time passed, we grew, learned, and met many great long-term clients. Most of our clients are just startups who disappear after getting the services. This made us tired of constantly finding new clients, understanding their goals, and making the perfect workflow for each new project.
