I've never really considered the IH office hours since there's an application process that's opaque to me and it's a large site now. I did get two really useful pieces of advice on the forum last week to work on, though.
You have a very high chance of getting into any particular session. Encourage you to come to one if you'd find it useful!
It was awesome for me, and quite a thrill really. You hear these people and watch their videos and read their stuff and get a chance for 10 minutes for specific advice and it rocks.
