What's the tool/community/website/app for creating a local directory of "people with things others in the area could use or could pay you to do for them"?

For example, I've got a 3D printer, CNC machine, fabric/paper cutting machines and other fun tools that I'd happily let folks come use for a small fee, or would even do their project for them for a fee as well.

And inversely, I'd love to find someone with a laser cutter/engraver that I could come use for an hour every month or two.

Reddit or Facebook seem like good places to promote a directory like that, but not great for actually managing the database.
