4 days left. Here's what actually happened.

I didn't plan to build a clothing brand this year.
I was deep into other projects — a social agency, a tennis program for Chinese clients, a few other things running in parallel. Then at some point I started asking myself: what would I actually want to wear? Not just something that looks good. Something that performs, that carries an idea, that doesn't need a logo to be recognized.
That question turned into VIBE.
No team. No funding. No factory contacts. I started from zero — found a manufacturer in Portugal, worked through construction details I didn't fully understand, figured out NFC chip integration, built a Stripe preorder page, set up Instagram from scratch.
