I'm a beginner web dev and have a few ideas running around in my head, but currently lack the technical know-how to execute on them. Do you think the best bet would be to wait till I have the skill set to create something on my own (free) or look for a more experienced dev to create a simple MVP to test the idea out, and sacrifice some $?
