5 ways to reach out to a target audience

So I'm trying to figure out ways to get in touch with a target audience with the purpose to talk about problems, presenting solutions, etc. -- The usual step before building any kind of product/service basically.

I've figured out a couple of tactics and I would like to know your opinion.
What do you think?

LinkedIn

• Search by job description & location
• Connect with the interviewee or send a direct message (additional costs may apply)
• Can be free of charge depending on how charming you are

Upwork

• Publish a job that you are looking for experts from a niche for an interview
• Interview prospects
• Select a prospect and do an in-depth interview (video meeting), etc.
• You should consider paying the hourly rate for the duration of the in-depth interview

Blogs

• Search for "the biggest problem in XYZ industry"
• Select a blog based on personal impression
• Contact the author and ask for an interview

Twitter

• Find influencers in your niche
• Analyse followers of influencers: Which followers are in your niche
• Contact the influencer and ask for an interview
• Contact followers and ask for an interview

Personal network

• Even though that appears to be the simplest way, I don't recommend it because due to the risk that an opinion is biased by the relationship.
