As many business owners and founders in this group most likely do founder-led sales which we all know is difficult as hell, here are 50 things sales people relate to that'll help brighten up your day. What else do you think the list is missing?

A Rollercoaster Journey:

  1. “Unsubscribe.”

  2. “Thank you for your email. I am OOO for the holidays.”

  3. OOO but brings laptop and checks emails.

  4. Quota achievement going back to 0 in January.

  5. New reps thinking they’ll be millionaires in 6 months.

  6. Not really understanding the comp plan.

  7. A vest.

  8. Laughing at prospects’ lame jokes.

  9. Stimulants.

  10. Overconfident on earnings potential based off of the first ramping quarter performance.

  11. Physical gongs.

  12. “Call back in 6-months.”

  13. “Just following up here” x 1000

  14. “Hope all is well.”

  15. Prospect: “we will get back to you by EOD”. Reality: ghosted.

  16. A constant state of dread.

  17. “Not interested”

  18. Have you updated Hubspot?

  19. Mental bipolarity.

  20. Trade shows.

  23. SDR’s setting unqualified meetings.

  38. Having a bad month and questioning existence.

  49. Prospect goes through 6 month evaluation, no longer a priority.
