I'm looking to understand decision software, specifically how they are used and perceived, could you spare 5 minutes to answer these seven questions?

In every organization I've ever worked in or mentored for, I've noticed that making good decisions reliably has been a serious pain point, and not usually for a lack of effort or care. I've spent time tracking how reliable my own say has been and learned when I should speak up or listen. It has greatly expanded my overall influence and positive contributions, wherever I go. I'd now like to start building tools to help individuals and organizations learn and improve in the same way.

If you wouldn't mind taking 5 minutes to fill out the survey, it would help me understand others' satisfaction level with currently available tools, what tools are used, and whether formalized effectiveness tracking is something others would find valuable.
