Positives are that colours and hero image & text make it clear what you do. Scheduled buyer guides are a great lead gen idea!
The explore button is a bit close to the search button - I hit that after entering some text in the field. Also, the logo is a bit busy - took me a little time to realise what it was.
Not sure how important it is for people to sign their organisation up, but if this is an important journey it's a bit buried.
