We bootstrapped Elixmail (AI Email Suite for B2B SMBs) for 12 months from Toulouse, France. No outside raise — the Elixmail team, shipping fast.

This past week, two unexpected wins:

May 30, 2026 — Elixmail listed on Microsoft Marketplace
Now listed on Microsoft Marketplace and Google Play.

June 3, 2026 — Elixmail published on Google Play
Production live, syncs with the web version.

7 days between the two listings. No funding round. Hosting stays 100% in France.

Hard numbers (no glamour):

~50 web signups since launch
10+ Android installs within hours of Google Play release
Pricing: 9€/mo, 14-day free trial without credit card
Profitable since month 9 of bootstrap

Why we're posting this here:
We see a lot of IH founders ask whether French/EU founders can ship globally. Apparently yes — now listed on Microsoft Marketplace and Google Play.

What I'd do differently if we started over:

Build audience 6 months BEFORE product, not after
Charge more from day one (we undercharged for the first 6 months)
Talk to 3 customers/week for 30min, no agenda — best anti-churn ever
