Over the past year I've shipped 7 free Chrome extensions, all built with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Honestly, that was the real point at the start — I wanted to actually understand how AI thinks while building something, where it's confidently wrong, where it needs tight guardrails. The extensions were just the excuse.

Every single one solved something that actually annoyed me personally, and I shipped it instead of just complaining about it. I'm proud of that part.
But here's where I'm stuck: I know how to build these now. I genuinely do not know how to get them in front of people. Installs across all seven are moving slowly, and it's obvious to me at this point that building was never the hard part — distribution is.
I've tried the basics — a website, blog posts, a Medium post, this very community. It helps a little, but nowhere near enough to feel like I've actually cracked it.
So I'm asking honestly: if you were in my position — 7 solid, working products, near-zero marketing budget, and slow organic growth — what would you actually do next? Paid ads on a $0 budget doesn't feel real. Cold outreach to bloggers/YouTubers? Reddit? Something else entirely?
Genuinely curious what's actually worked for people here who started from a similar spot. TY
