Basically whenever I'm doing activities that require little thought but a lot of time: cooking and eating by myself, doing household chores (laundry, dishes, taking out the trash), running errands, working out, etc.
Though I'd swap out "podcast listening time" for "educational media listening time." Could be an audiobook, podcast episode, online article (I'll have my iPhone "read" to me via text-to-speech functionality), etc.
