I had a lot. Here there are just a few of them:

    • Managing the cash flow to always have enough liquidity/solvency
    • Finding the proper combination of pricing/features for the products or services
    • Finding good people (not enough money to hire)

Thank you for the feedback. Out of curiosity, how much liquidity do you consider safe (in working days or $) ?

This is very difficult to answer, it all depends on your cash flow.
Here in Germany, it is very normal that clients pay 30 days after the invoice has been sent, so I was always planning my liquidity needs with this in mind: have enough to survive the next 30 days without money comming in.

Finding engaged innovator users so I'm not working in my own biased vacuum and to get a better sense of actual desirability / viability...

Reading Antifragile from N. Taleb I can only say : learn from the mistakes others made. And good luck ;)
