    • Sit in a squat while waiting for the subway.
    • Put a pull-up in my bathroom doorway, do a pull-up on the way in and on the way out
    • Put gymnastics rings in my stairway, do a muscle-up on the way up
    • Practice languages with Clozemaster whenever on the toilet
    • Push text to the edge of blur while reading
    • Write software purely for my own use and productivity
    • Practice the “secret smile”: vividly recalling the feelings of relaxation, confidence, raucous laughter, deep love, and my best orgasm
    • Practice the “lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram”
    • Use intuitive methods to break analysis paralysis (e.g. the tarot)
    • Skip breakfast to get at least a 15hr fast
    • Take cold showers
    • Sit on floors instead of chairs when possible and stretch
    • Keep Captains of Crush grippers at desk, channel any frustration into strength training
    • Ride bicycle to places when possible, podcast in one ear only
    • Always keep highlighter and note tabs on hand while reading
    • Aggressively block websites like Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc with multiple layers of blocking and redirection
    • Practice seminal retention
    • Re-read keystone books like Dale Carnegie on an annual basis
    • Do everything as quietly as possible, noise indicates wasted energy

I put freeze dried raspberries in my protein shake. Tastes great and adds some creaminess.
