So hard to answer! I live in the northeast, so depending on the season, I'm interested in different things. Summer time? Gardening is my relaxing thing to do, building a tool to help make this easier seems like a fun idea. Winter time? Scanning, archiving family photos/history interests me or keeping track of life in general.
