Hi everyone,
I’m exploring a concept around improving operational visibility in large facilities (industrial parks, multi-building sites, mixed-use campuses).
The core idea is simple:
many operators already have people, processes, and tools in place — but lack a single, clear picture of what’s actually happening day-to-day across locations.
I’m currently at an early research stage and trying to understand:
where visibility breaks down most often
what data operators wish they had but don’t
what solutions feel overengineered vs. genuinely useful
Not pitching anything yet — mostly interested in learning from people who’ve dealt with complex, multi-site operations.
If you’ve worked with large facilities or operational teams, I’d really appreciate your perspective.
Thanks!
