Hey, fellow founders,

I’m Oleg, the founder of Jobresponse, and I like talking about software products.

The product is a central piece of the organization.

The founder’s goal is to greatly put pieces together.

It doesn’t matter how well-designed the product is.

It doesn’t matter how good the code is.

But what does matter is how you care to organize a better life around other people that use your product.

Most software products are built on open-source software. That lives and develops because people keep contributing back. It’s a considerably good idea for anyone making money off it to contribute back. In my industry, companies build products for clients, what’s called software outsourcing. More often, tricky and complicated processes that, if failed, may end up in a long and brutal process.
