As a lifelong struggler with getting things done, I've tested a ton of productivity tools. After lots of trial and error, I finally found some real gems that have helped me conquer my endless to-do lists and wanted to share with my fellow procrastinators!
For personal task management, Workflowy is an absolute game-changer. Its flexible nested bullet point structure lets you organize all your todos and break big projects down into manageable steps. I went from having abstract anxiety about all the things I needed to getting stuff crossed off my lists. It's so satisfying!
If you're looking to wrangle a team, Linear helps streamline projects and lets you assign tasks and track progress seamlessly. My little Corner Shop Club friends and I have gotten so much more organized since we started using it to delegate our duties. No more stepping on each other's toes or dropping balls!
And Remarkable is hands-down the best note taking app I've used. It makes it oh so easy to jot down ideas and thoughts whenever inspiration strikes. And its simple folder system helps me find those scribbles and scrawls later when I need to review something. So much less stressful than my previous chaos of lost sticky notes and crumpled pieces of paper!
Out of all the tools, Notion's Kanban board has become my daily crutch. Seeing all my tasks neatly laid out in an organized board with progress bars helps so much with actually getting stuff done instead of avoidance. Would definitely recommend all procrastinators give it a try!
Let me know what other anti-procrastination tips and tools you depend on! We can all motivate each other to be more productive. 😊 <3 founderscafe.io

Ooh I forgot about Workflowy! Def a great simple option. I came across a fun mobile todo app recently called ToDewy. It's a social To Do app, where you upload photos to show you've done a task. It looks like a fun way to get through tasks you'd rather avoid, like endless chores 😅
Thank you for sharing these insights! As someone who struggles with procrastination too, your recommendations are incredibly valuable. Workflowy sounds perfect for breaking down overwhelming tasks, and I've been on the lookout for a reliable note-taking app like Remarkable. Excited to try these out and hopefully boost my productivity. Any additional tips on how you manage your time effectively would also be appreciated!
Thanks for sharing.
Hopefully it will help.
