I built Format Factory to make everyday audio and video conversion simpler and more accessible.

Format Factory supports common workflows such as video and audio conversion, compression, extraction, merging, and removing audio from video. Each file has visible status, errors, retry and cancel controls, with downloads available when a result is ready.
The goal is a practical browser-based workbench for getting routine media jobs done with less friction. Results are temporary, and credits are shown transparently before you run a task.
I think the opportunity is bigger than file conversion. People aren't trying to convert media—they're trying to finish a task. The less they have to think about formats and settings, the more valuable the product becomes.
