I was studying the homepage of Coupler.io today and noticed something interesting about SaaS communication.
The product is powerful and already validated, but most of the messaging focuses on data integration.
Technically that makes sense.
But when thinking about certain audiences (like e-commerce operators), the real question they care about isn’t data pipelines.
It’s something simpler:
Which channel is actually generating profit?
That made me wonder how often SaaS products communicate features instead of outcomes.
Sometimes the product is already great — the message just isn’t highlighting the result clearly enough.
Curious to hear from other founders here:
Have you ever changed positioning without changing the product itself?
