    Thanks for sharing, Michael. You're writing "3:00 am - 4:00 am is generally the time where things cool off" – what timezone are you in?

      I am PST -- San Diego. The internet never sleeps, I noticed it slowing down around that time -- maybe I was slowing down haha.

      You will need sleep though, so right around that time is a good endpoint. If you got the flywheel going properly, then you'll be ok. The folks in the other timezones will pick it back up.
