A web app for journaling
Hey everyone,
I've been on my journey of developing the first indie product. And It's been focussed around journaling and loggin your day. Wanna ask directly from you guys, what application do use as of now for journaling, why you use it, and what are some of the missing pieces according to you?
Or even they helps in someway or not?
I occasionally use my own app itsdone.app. It's nowhere near finished and I meant to finish and release it for years but it didn't happen.
It's a simple reverse to-do list. At the moment, it's extremely simple. That's what I like about it actually. I guess I never finished it because it serves its purpose with me - I have a place to write what I've done. I had a fairly long stretch when I used it daily. Now it's just every now and then.
Does it help me? Meh.. Not sure. When building it I thought it would help to look back. It's interesting to look back but I do this rarely so doesn't add much value. I like to think of my day though and fill in what I've done. Gives me some sort of sense of accomplishment I think - it's the exercise of itemizing what you've done.

First of all, Sorry for late reply. I was quite busy in developing the product.
I checked out your itsdone. It's literally dead simple to use. Yup, you're correct, it's the best thing about your app.

The one I'm developing is in development mode, as of now, but I'm looking forward to deploy it by the 20th Jan. And it's very much like itsdone but with more functionalities and other uses cases too.
You can say more than a reverse to-do list.
Btw, you should really use itsdone for looking back. It helps to observe the pattern in your daily life.
Question: Can you let me know the tech stack behind itsdone? I think it's angular on the front-end and firebase for everything else.
