A webapp helping authors structure their stories

Hi :)
Like the title says I'm developing an app that is aimed at authors writing longform like books, but also stuff like short stories, essays and journalists might be interested in using it for long-form articles. The thing I also describe in this post is: I'm really not sure this will ever make money. Authors are
1 Not really that common
2 Mostly not rich
3 Not Enterprise users
4 Not especially tech-savy

So I'm absolutely aware that I might be making a product that only I myself and a hand full of young tech-savy authors are interested in. But I would like to hear what others think about it.
