Adapting Discord to business needs?

Hello,

I've heard several times in recent months about companies using free Discord instead of Slack for work. I gave it some thought and overall it makes sense for small businesses that can't afford to be paying $8 per user per month.

I wonder if an untapped gap in the market is being created - business extensions / bots to provide the missing business touch?

An idea popped into my head for an ecosystem of Discord solutions for business (creating servers with appropriate permissions, tickets, onboarding, calendar support, integrations with Asana, Github, GitLab, async standups, timezones support etc).

What do you think?
