Adding live video customer support to any site. Please roast my product.

I built jumbbble with no validation at all. I only had one paying customer. Now just getting started with people rolling in. I would love to hear any insight on the concept of adding live video customer support, service, and sales to any site. if anyone interested in the project feel free to follow the twitter page it is very thin. https://twitter.com/jumbbble . Thanks .

OKay - not crazy about the name or its spelling - sorry, they forget one B and land somewhere else. I would swap pricing and features on the menu - don't lead with pricing - on the pricing page I don't know what you mean by topics - that seems like an unneeded attribute. Your benefits kick off with "Bring to the table win-win strategies" I don't get that or the other 4 under it - you are video support, service, and sales - the benefits need to address each of those three but they are off-target. Service seems like it has truly awesome potential, the website looks cool, benefits/features aren't the ones it really has. I would suggest also that it could be implemented on the customer side of a service or website after login for serious support, onboarding and training, also troubleshooting, etc. its a customer acquisition and retention tool but it might be too intense for a random website visitor versus chat so it might be better once a relationship has been established - hence my suggestion to put it somewhere on something like a SaaS after the customer is logged in. Great for high ticket items, complex solutions, etc. much more responsive than a lame "schedule a demo" link and form as long as it can handle screen sharing and the option for them to see you but not for you to see them. I think it has really great potential, you just don't appear to be explaining it the way people will likely want to employ it or where the middle of the market might conceive of its implementation options - good survey question: if you could have an instant video chat on your site how would you use it, when, where and why. let the market tell you. get that right and watch out ;-)

Picky notes - use the same color of bright orange on all the icons on the page, use the bright orange from that first box with the images, it's great. The icon choices can use a re-do. Why does it say "video support coming soon!" You have to eat your own dog food and slap it on your own website - plan on sitting in front of the screen all day LOL but what's funny is your support then becomes your demo - it's genius! When you get someone on there ask them how they might use it, don't suggest uses upfront, collect theirs, then tell them what other people are using it for to spur some thinking. You'll be amazed at the range of implementation ideas you get.

thanks for the feedback, I will be unpacking this and coming up with some changes and updates. It currently has screen sharing on both ends and the option to mute mic, block video, and just use the chat. I can only imagine the implementation ideas. I plan on "eating my own dog food" asap. They do have the option to turn the widget off , like a sleep mode with a message. I will update mine . updated my widget off message , let me know what you think.
