Advice needed: Hiring a great PM

Hey Guys! I'm hiring another great PM, and wanted to get community feedback on how people tend to find theirs?

Typically I use Linkedin Sales Nav to find anyone who has been PM or Senior PM at companies in fintech (our vertical) for companies with products that I respect, or generally for companies with products I respect outside of our vertical (such as Lyft). I then reach out to them over LinkedIn. I'm also a part of the product school slack group and others (including this group).

Wondering how you all find amazing PM talent?
