Advice on prospecting?

How do you go about finding new prospects for your business? Do you have some kind of process that you use or tools to help make it less tedious?

I feel pretty good about the monthly traffic on frontendremotejobs.com at this point and want to start reaching out to hiring managers about listing their job with me. I drafted an email last week to start sending out, but I realized the hardest part was finding contact info for people.

I'm hoping I can come up with a good process to get disciplined about prospecting - would love to hear how you do it for your projects!
