or .claude/brand/ and every skill writes in your agency's
voice instead of a generic template. Serap's suggestion,
implemented the same day. -
proposal-writing skill — ninth skill, handles the 60-minute
task most agencies rewrite from scratch every week. Draws from
scope/outcome example pairs if you provide past proposals.
