AI recognizes my SaaS… but doesn’t recommend it

I’ve been testing how AI systems interpret SaaS websites.

One pattern keeps repeating:

AI knows the product
but doesn’t recommend it

In one case:

• 100% mention rate
• strong SEO/content
• but 0% recommendation rate

So you’re visible
but not selected

Feels like a new layer beyond SEO.

Curious if anyone else is seeing this?
