The “runs 24/7” angle is the real pitch here — async outreach that doesn’t depend on a human being available. The challenge I’ve seen with AI sales agents is prompt consistency: if the underlying instructions drift or are ambiguous, the agent starts generating off-brand responses at 3am with no one watching.
Building flompt taught me this the hard way — structured prompts with explicit role, constraints and output format blocks produce far more consistent agent behavior than raw instructions. Worth baking that in early if you’re running this unsupervised.
