Another Field Activity Management SaaS
Hello all, this is my first post in here, I'm doing my researches to start a new project, I'm a software developer and have huge past experience with Field Service and Sales Force software for big companies and always saw their current systems using outdated technologies, complex workflows, bad ux/ui, hard to do maintain, and, combined with that I have a few friends who owns small business and have the requirement to track employees in the field (e.g representatives visiting customers to demo/show products).
I know that are plenty of software out there, but I feel that there is a space, a tiny niche for me, I can list as key differentials for my MVP:
- Easy to setup, use and maintain
- Android and Apple support with modern UI/UX
- Primarily focusing in small business requirements (1 to 5 users to manage at first)
I wanted to put some features that I plan to build but I'm still researching.
My questions that you could help me with:
- Do you have or know someone that has a business or a requirement for this?
- Do you think that modernizing an existing software it is enough to start a new business?

Thanks for the feedback, for MVP I was thinking of:
I have a lot of other ideas but I already think it is too much for an MVP that I don't know if will have any users lol, I'm thinking on how I could validate with less efforts.
The Mobile app would be iOS and Android from the beginning as I'm using a technology that helps me with that.
