Answering on questions by a text as API

I found a way to use a neural network to answer simple questions from almost any text.

One of the applications of this method is to extract extra parameters and intents from user message in a chatbot.

But I have a problem with finding any other applications of the technology.

So what is an audience and cases could be for the technology?
