Any ideas / tools / services to display customer support emails publicly to create more value (SEO + Conversions)?

Hi everyone,

We are developing and selling Excel templates on our website. We are investing a significant amount of resources (time/money/effort) on customer support emails. We reply all emails with detailed answers. But I am not happy with having all these conversations left in emails and no other people see them.

If we had a system to display them publicly (preferably on products pages), it would be great for three reasons:

1. Won't get same questions
2. It will increase conversions as potential customers would check and see how we help to our customers
3. It is a unique content and can help for SEO

We have created FAQ pages to solve #1 and sometimes we move some conversations to product review sections manually to solve #2. However, this is still too much manual work, taking a lot of time and I feel that we are missing an opportunity for #3

I have checked some stuff like zendesk, gist etc. but could not find out how to integrate all these and display them publicly. (Thinking about a structure similar to themeforest which people also can see other questions as well)

Any ideas or tool/service recommendations will be appreciated.
