Any Married Indie Hacker Here?
Hi,
I am currently in a full-time remote job and I am an indie hacker in my free time. It involves the hours after my office and weekends.
However, I see that most people can't manage their time after getting married as responsibilities increase.
I love creating products and experimenting with them. But I don't intend to leave my job unless I find my PMF.
Is there any indie hacker here who is married + working in a full-time role + focusing on side projects?
How do you manage your time?
Hi Pritesh, I'm in such a situation. What I've been doing recently and seems to work well for me is just get up early in the morning and work on the side project before I start the full-time job. I get up around 5:30 am and start the job at around 8:30 am. So, that gives plenty of time for myself in the morning.
Moreover, I started using Win the day method described by Andy Frisella. It is basically setting 5 goals per day that will make you progress the most. The key is to focus on the most important stuff. I recommend listening/reading about this from Andy.
