Any recommendations for a CRM?

I am currently looking at close.com which looks pretty good. Are you using any CRM? If so why did you choose it?

    I use Bitrix24.

    • There is a FREE Edition
    • Includes all the tools I need in one place : CRM, Tasks, Projects, Collaboration tools
    • Easy to use
    • Very easy to customize, add custom fields, build workflows etc
    • On Premise Version : There you can do everything ! Fully customization, opensource etc I use it for my clients that they want a fully self hosted or low price CRM. I have a client with over 1M Contacts and everything run smooth.

Hunter sales person gave me this link: https://hunter.io/blog/sales-tools/#sales-crm-tools when I asked her for recommendation. This might be useful for your article.

I have some little experience with Monday.com. Have you looked at it?

I’m curious why! Can you share some insight please?

close.com is a CRM whereas monday.com is a project management system. I attended close.com webinar and saw the demo. It is focused more on the sales person not the company roadmap, projects etc. You can signup for close.com webinar, see the demo. They also have an API, so it can be integrated with your app.

I see what you mean! For us, we use monday only for the lead capturing and pipeline and less as a project management tool (we’re still on trello), which is why I mentioned it but I don’t have enough experience with a proper CRM tool to know what’s good or not!

            Thanks for the close.com suggestion!
