Any SaaS which offers end-to-end process of selling digital products?
I'm currently looking for a service which does the following.
- Offers options to sell digital products (Sell Software/PDFs/Courses etc)
- Post purchase, create an account for them
- Allow them to join a specific forum topic
- Allow them to raise tickets if they opt for a membership/support plan
- Email marketing
- Upsell or cross sell other products with the same account
- Identify or tag them based on products purchased
This is actually a complete lifecycle of a product once purchased. Current solutions I saw are not complete or not affordable.
The Solutions I explored are

Take a look at Memberstack - I'm not sure where you've built the marketing site, but regardless, Memberstack should integrate well and give you what you need.
If you haven't built your marketing site yet, then I'd recommend Webflow
Have you tried https://easydigitaldownloads.com/ based on Wordpress. Is simple and has most of the features you asked for. Anything missing like email marketing/newsletters etc you can easily add other plugins in Wordpress to achieve this as the customer will be in your wordpress database
Try Gumroad. I saw lot of influencers use that for selling digital content.
Gumroad doesn't have functionalities post purchase like tickets/communities/groups to handle customers. And also no email marketing options to later cross sell new products.

I've bought a digital product yesterday from them and I liked it.
Seems to have same issues like gumroad stared above.

Looks like it has a lot of features you're looking for.
Sendowl more like payment link provider and doesn't handle the features post sale(ticketing/communities/forums/account creation and more)

I think you are mistaken. I'm a game developer by profession and don't have any intention to build such. Let me give you a overview for the reason behind this requirement to clear the air.
We develop plugins for game developers and we have around 10 plugins and support for it is a big deal.
Until now we are using Discord but thats getting too difficult to manage as more support traffic comes in.
So I was looking for a solution which exists already (and found one too - podia) but unfortunately, not much convincing to go ahead due to their limitiations.
I saw very limited (through my search atleast) and wanted to see how its managed by others. Ideally, I can go with lot of multiple tools and connect them. But we don't have resources or tech expertiese to do that with our current staff(two of us who are co-founders).
Hope you got an idea and recommend if you know any.
However, I do remember this line as it will def help at some point and worth it - "Getting customers is incredibly expensive; borrowing customers is incredibly smart."

It's true that I do build products but we are more focused into gaming. However, if really I need to build something like this, IndieHackers is the right place to expose it without any secrets :)
